2Off balance sheet arrangements
The comparative figures for the year ended 30 September 2024 have been restated. The previously filed accounts did not recognise a directors' loan of £5,708.81 owed by the company to its directors at that date. This balance has now been included within creditors falling due within one year, and the prior year comparatives have been adjusted accordingly. The restatement reduces previously reported net assets at 30 September 2024 from £3,200 to a net liability of £2,508.81.
