Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

Charge on assets
The loans are secured creditors and amounted to £51,673. The company has entered into a mortgage deed dated 3 July 2025 in favour of Charter Court Financial Services Limited. A legal mortgage is in place over the company's freehold investment property.
