The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the Board of Directors on
Charles, David Shaun
Director |
Company registration number 16020932
The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.
The financial statements are presented in sterling and this is the functional currency of the company.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland including Section 1A Small Entities.
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with the Companies Act 2006.
Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the directors made a formal decision to cease trading and initiate the orderly winding up of the company. This decision was taken after an organised event failed to secure sufficient ticket sales, resulting in its cancellation. Following this decision, refunds were offered to customers, but the company remained legally liable for non-refundable venue hire and artist contract costs. These irrecoverable costs exhausted the company's operating capital, forcing the cessation of trade. Consequently, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern. Full provision has been made within creditors for the ticket refunds and outstanding contractual liabilities. As the company held no assets at the balance sheet date, no adjustments to asset carrying values were required.
