3. Financial Commitments

At the end of the financial year, Rose of Sharon Education CIC had no long-term financial commitments outside normal operating activities. The CIC did not enter into any leases, loan agreements, or multi-year service contracts requiring disclosure. The organisation's only financial obligations relate to routine operational costs associated with delivering its community services, including online course delivery, weekly Bible Study sessions, and the daily prayer request line. These costs are met from existing resources and do not create any future contractual liabilities for the CIC.

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Rose of Sharon Education CIC delivered a range of free community services that supported spiritual wellbeing, personal development and social connection. -The organisation provided free online courses, enabling individuals to access Christian education without financial barriers. -A graduation ceremony was held to recognise learners' achievements and encouraged continued engagement. -Weekly Bible Study sessions offered consistent teachings and pastoral support, helping participants strengthen their faith and build positive and build positive relationships. -In addition, the CIC operated a daily prayer request line giving community members immediate emotional and spiritual support during times of need. These activities have collectively improved community welbeing, reduced isolation, and increased access to free faith-based education and support.
