The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |

Company status and service charge accounts |
|
|
The company was formed to manage the property at Queensgate Gardens, Block A. During the prior year, service charge transactions, including income, expenditure, and balances, were included within the company’s statutory accounts. For the year ended 30 September 2025, the company is effectively dormant, and service charge transactions are no longer included in the statutory accounts. These amounts are held by the company on trust for the leaseholders and are reported separately in the service charge accounts, prepared in accordance with TECH 03/11 Residential Service Charge Accounts. Copies of the service charge accounts for the current and prior years can be obtained from the managing agent. |

Restatement of comparative figures |

The prior year comparatives have been restated to exclude service charge income, expenditure, assets and liabilities which are held by the company as trustee for the leaseholders and are reported separately in the service charge accounts. |
