The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At 30 September 2025, included within debtors is an amount outstanding in respect of advances and credits granted by the company to the director was £3,923 (2024: £7,992). The balance was unsecured and had no fixed terms of repayment. No amounts were written off or waived during the year.
