For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. Accounting Policies
1.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
1.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The directors consider that there are no material uncertainties about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
1.3. Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods and services, exclusive of VAT. Income is recognised when goods and services have been delivered to customers.
1.4. Debtors
Trade and other debtors are recognised at the settlement amount due after any trade discount offered. Prepayments are valued at the amount prepaid net of any trade discounts due.
1.5. Creditors
Short term trade creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities, including bank loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.

6. Related Party Transactions
There were no related party transactions requiring disclosure during 2025 (2024: none).
The company has taken advantage of the exemption available under FRS 102 not to disclose transactions with its parent undertaking, on the basis that the company’s results are included within the consolidated financial statements of the parent undertaking.
7. Ultimate Controlling Party
The company’s ultimate parent undertaking and controlling party is CoppaFeel!, a registered charity (No. 1132366) and a company limited by guarantee (No. 06974733). Copies of the consolidated financial statements are available from the Charity Commission. Any distributable profits generated by the company are donated to its parent undertaking.

CoppaFeel Trading Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 10707836 . The registered office is Unit 4 Bickels Yard, 151-153 Bermondsey Street, London, SE1 3HA.
