Included within current assets is an amount of £5,000 (2024: £5,000) due from Navicula Ltd, its parent company, and £450 (2024: £450) due from a company under common ownership.
4.  Change of company name
After the balance sheet date, on 18 November 2025, the company changed its name from Ancoris Holdings Limited to Duck Tours International Limited. This change has no impact on the amounts recognised in these financial statements.

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
