The director operates a loan account with the company from which periodic withdrawals are made.

At 1 October 2024, the amount due from the director on this account was £6,861. During the year further advances of £18,207 were made to the director and interest was charged on overdrawn balances of £209. Aggregate amounts of £16,733 were repaid to the company during the year. The balance outstanding at 30 September 2025 amounted to £8,545.

There are no set repayment terms and the amount is repayable on the demand of the company. Interest is charged on overdrawn amounts owing to the company at 3.75% (2.25% prior to 1 April 2025).
