1.	General information

COH Commercial Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England. The address of its registered office and its principal place of business is 19 York Street, Manchester, M2 3BA.

The company has been dormant throughout the current and previous accounting period.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the requirements and the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

Employees

The Company has no employees other than the directors, who did not receive any remuneration (2024 - £NIL).

4.	Controlling party

The immediate parent company is Caunce O'Hara Insurance Brokers Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, by virtue of its 100% stake in the voting share capital of the company.

The ultimate parent company is COH Holdings Limited.
