Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Support, counselling and signposting Continue to run Asian Women’s Group - arranging social network, including online social group for support, activities, i.e. quizzes, remotely Continue with youth “learning with friends” amongst the community. Activities were online and included games, quizzes, sign language & baking classes – some activities have been face-to-face Facilitate and arrange external activities for women and children Gathering for Muslim women to learn, a book club Providing ongoing counselling services remotely and face-to-face Delivering training and awareness programmes in relation to mental health, domestic abuse, safeguarding, violence against women and girls.
