Significant accounting policies
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by Section 1A of the standard)
Intangible assets
Intangible assets acquired separately from a business are recognized at cost and are subsequently measured at cost.    


Amortisation is recognised so as to write off the cost or valuation of assets less their residual values over their useful lives on the following basis:


Intellectual property assets are patents and license. It is amortised to the profit and loss account over its estimated economic life of 20 years.
