For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Turnover represents rental income receivable from the Company's property portfolio and is recognised on an accruals basis in the period to which it relates.
The comparative figures relate to the period from 1 September 2023 to 30 September 2024, which covered a period of 13 months. Accordingly, comparative income and expenditure figures are not directly comparable with those of the current year.
The financial statements were approved on 26 June 2026 and were signed by the director:
