During the year ended 31 October, 2024, the Company impaired the carrying value of its technology asset in recognition of the forgiveness of the debt of an equivalent amount it incurred to a connected company when acquiring the technology in 2021.
The deferred income at 31 October, 2025 is the balance remaining of an advance grant payment received during the year from the Horizon Europe authority.
