Sustainable Nutrition Academy is a community interest company focusing on regenerative, zero waste, and circular economy initiatives within local communities in London. During the financial year 2024-2025, the companies activities have benefited the community in the following ways: - Rescuing food waste from local restaurants which was then turned in to compost and distributed through a network of 30 community gardens and community centres -Turning many tonnes of food waste in to compost also diverted said food waste from the local incinerator, which had a positive impact on air quality through less things being burned locally - Ran numerous workshops throughout the year in the community teaching composting, zero waste living such as pickling, natural dyes etc
