During the financial year ending 30 September 2025, Moor Elite Project CIC began delivering community benefit activities through voluntary work within the local community. The company delivered free workshops and mentoring sessions focused on knife crime awareness, emotional regulation and positive decision-making for young people. In addition, free staff training was provided on managing and responding to challenging behaviour. These activities were delivered without generating income and were carried out to promote safer communities, support young people's personal development and further the company's community interest objectives.
During the financial year, Moor Elite Project CIC consulted with key stakeholders including schools, education professionals, young people and members of the local community. Consultation took place through meetings, discussions and feedback received during voluntary community engagement and the delivery of free workshops and staff training. Stakeholder feedback identified the need for support around knife crime awareness, mentoring, emotional regulation and managing challenging behaviour. In response, the company delivered free workshops and staff training designed to address these issues and provide meaningful support to the local community.
