2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Turnover policy
The company had no turnover during the year.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
The company held no tangible fixed assets during the year.

Intangible assets amortisation policy
The company's intangible assets comprise internally developed software. No amortisation has been charged during the year as the software remains under development and has not yet been commercially launched. The directors will review the useful economic life and amortisation method once the software is ready for commercial use.

Valuation information and policy
The company's intangible assets consist of internally developed software and related digital components. The carrying amount of £300,000 has been carried forward from the previous financial statements and will be reviewed periodically for indicators of impairment.
