Charteris Sport Fencing has been a place for people of all background to participate in the sport of fencing in an affordable way. Our main focus is to give kids and adults who wouldn't have the chance to fence the ability to do so in order for them to enjoy exercise benefits and community benefits. -We have run free and reduced price classes for charities such as OK Club Kilburn -We run 3 afterschool programs at public schools across London -We loan fencing kit to our 25 members so they can compete and practice on a weekly basis

The director is the main employee of the business and his livelihood relies on the work he does for the business. The director is paid with the revenue taken in as we have not been able to turn a profit yet.
