COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

THE CHANGE CONSORTIUM C.I.C.

Company Number: 07422755 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 October 2025

Company activities and impact

The Change Consortium has continued to work on developing effective and sustainable programmes to help long term unemployed regain confidence through coaching, education and support, enabling them to return to the workplace, or at least be equipped to do so. The organisations also works with local employers to provide work placements, work experience through volunteering and also employs directly when opportunities arise. In the year ended October 2024 we also provided opportunities for people from the global majority community and those from underprivileged areas to join initiatives involving Choral and Orchestral projects. This work has continued into Year Ending October 2025 and is growing in importance for mental and physical well being of those taking part. These new projects are available throughout the local area, and beyond, wherever there are high levels of poverty, unemployment and deprivation.

Consultation with stakeholders

Consultation has been improved since Covid and investment received for new projects expanding the area covered by the organisation and increasing the number of people that have been helped and increased the number of partners actively involved. The organisation works hard to deliver the objectives of stakeholders and provide the best possible joint initiatives to help the maximum number of people benefit.
