2.
Going Concern
These accounts have been prepared on going concern basis, as despite the company showing an insolvent balance sheet, the director believe that the company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future.The Directors will continue to monitor and assess the ongoing effects and respond accordingly and as such the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.
For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
