Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

6.	DISCLOSURE UNDER SECTION 444(5B) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2006

The audit report provided to the members of Halkin Ventures Ltd on the financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 was not qualified.

The audit report was signed by John Millidge (Senior Statutory Auditor) for and on behalf of TC Group,
Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditor.

7.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.

8.	EVENTS SINCE THE END OF THE REPORTING PERIOD

On 3 April 2026, the company entered into an agreement to convert the £40,000 shown in debtors into stock (shares) held in Curvo Corporation Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware.

9.	ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The parent of the smallest group for which consolidated accounts are drawn up of which this company is a member is Halkin Management Company Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered address is 4th Floor, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF.

At the balance sheet date, in the view of the directors there is no overall controlling party.
