Visual Therapies CIC has benefited the community this financial year by delivering accessible group sessions for stroke survivors and their carers, helping to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and provide supportive peer connection. Through our community-based work, we have created safe spaces where participants can engage in therapeutic activities, share experiences, and access practical support in a more informal setting.
Visual Therapies CIC has consulted with a range of stakeholders to shape and improve its activities. This has included ongoing discussions with stroke survivors and carers through community group sessions, which help us understand lived experience, participant needs, and the practical impact of our work
