| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| An intermediate parent company, RXL HoldCo Pty Limited, have provided a commitment to provide any financial support which may be necessary in order that the company can meet its liabilities, as they fall due, for at least twelve months and one day following the signing of the audit report attached to these accounts. As a result of this commitment the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements. |
| Related party exemption |
| The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Turnover consists of software as a service and is invoiced in advance. Turnover is recognised as the service is provided to customers. |
| Intangible assets |
| Intangible assets are initially measured at cost. After initial recognition, intangible assets are measured at cost less any accumulated amortisation and any accumulated impairment losses. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| Tangible fixed assets are initially measured at cost. After initial recognition, tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less any accumulated depreciation and accumulated impairment losses. |
| Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. |

| Plant and machinery etc - 33% on cost |
| Financial instruments |
| Basic Financial Instruments as covered by Section 11 of FRS 102 are measured at amortised cost. The company does not have any Other Financial Instruments as covered by Section 12 of FRS 102. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
| Research and development |
| Expenditure on research is written off in the year in which it is incurred. |
| Research and development tax credits are recognised on receipt of funds. |
| Foreign currencies |
| Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result. |
| Hire purchase and leasing commitments |
| Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to profit or loss on a straight line basis over the period of the lease. |
| Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
| The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate. |

| During the preparation of the financial statements it was noted that some amounts included in trade creditors at 30 June 2024 should have been included in other creditors and accruals. £22,301 was reanalysed from trade creditors to other creditors and accruals in the prior year as this was determined to be a more appropriate classification. This had no impact on the profit and loss. |

| The immediate parent company is Rex Software Pty Ltd which is incorporated in Australia. Rex Software Pty Ltd is the parent undertaking of the smallest group preparing consolidated financial statements which includes the results of the company, but are not publicly available. Their registered office address is Lake Business Services Unit 140, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 210, Australia. |
