The Original Phoenix Company consisted of different parts & Directors - The New or Current Directors Paul McKay & Laura Welsh began to purchase the company in August 2024 but Full ownership and control was not released to them until February 1st 2025.
The purchase cost included paying of a loan that the company had through Nat West and also lump sum payments to the then Owner/Director Mark Osborne.
The figures from the previous accounting period covered 3 different parts of the company - of which the new owners have only purchased one part of.
This we believe will clarify the stark difference between the previous figures and the ones we are now submitting.
