For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
ARORA'S GROUP LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 12887088 . The registered office is 65 Nascot Wood Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 4SJ.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. During the year, the company raised additional capital through the issue of shares, resulting in a positive net asset position as at 30 September 2025. Creditors include amounts due to the directors, who have confirmed that these amounts will not be recalled until the company is able to meet its day-to-day liabilities. The directors have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
2.3. Turnover
Turnover represents amounts receivable from digital platform subscriptions, supplier listings and related services provided during the year. Revenue is recognised over the period in which the services are provided and the company is entitled to the consideration. Amounts received in advance are included within creditors as deferred income and released to turnover as the related services are performed.
2.4. Intangible Fixed Assets and Amortisation - Other Intangible
Intangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulative amortisation and any accumulative impairment losses.The company capitalises development costs related to the creation or enhancement of software, patents, and other intellectual property when it is probable that the related product or service will generate future economic benefits, and the costs can be reliably measured. 
Recognistion and Measurement of Intangible assets
The company recognises development costs as intangible assets when all of the following criteria are met: 
  • the development costs relate to an identifiable asset that is controlled by the company
  • it is probable that the asset will generate future economic benefits
  • the development costs can be measured reliably 
The estimated useful life of an intangible assets has been estimated as 10 years.

2.5. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulative depreciation and any accumulative impairment losses. Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets, other than freehold land, at rates calculated to write off the cost, less estimated residual value, of each asset evenly over its expected useful life, as follows:
