In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of
SILESIA GROUP LIMITED for the year ended
30 April 2026 as set out on pages
5 -
7 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of SILESIA GROUP LIMITED, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 13 April 2023. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of SILESIA GROUP LIMITED and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them, as a body, in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than SILESIA GROUP LIMITED and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that SILESIA GROUP LIMITED has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory accounts that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of SILESIA GROUP LIMITED. You consider that SILESIA GROUP LIMITED is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.
We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the accounts of SILESIA GROUP LIMITED. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory accounts.

For the year ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

SILESIA GROUP LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 14797844. The registered office is Monomark House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, England.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation.
Depreciation is charged at 25% per annum on a straight-line basis for plant and machinery.
Fixed asset investments are stated at cost less any provision for impairment.
Operational equipment and protective clothing
Administrative expenses include £6,860 of uniforms, protective clothing and operational consumable items purchased for use by employees in the provision of specialist security and training services. Durable operational equipment has been capitalised as plant and machinery.

The company holds 51 ordinary shares in Silesia Group Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland. This represents 85% of the ordinary share capital of that company. The investment is stated at cost of £1,000 less any provision for impairment.

Director confirmed that the £1,000 loan funding the acquisition of the investment in Silesia Group Sp. z o.o. is not repayable within 12 months of the balance sheet date.

Transactions with related parties
During the year the company incurred commission costs of £12,680 payable to Silesia Group Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary undertaking registered in Poland. The costs relate to client introduction, local administration and operational support provided in connection with services performed by the company.
At the balance sheet date, £11,313 was outstanding to Silesia Group Sp. z o.o. and is included within amounts owed to group undertakings and other participating interests.

Post balance sheet events
After the reporting date, the balance of £11,313 owed to Silesia Group Sp. z o.o. was settled in May 2026. No other material events have occurred after the reporting date requiring adjustment or disclosure in these accounts.

During the year the average number of employees was 6 (2025: 5).

Reconciliations on adoption of FRS 102
The prior year accounts were prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of FRS 105. During the year the company prepared its accounts in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A in order to provide a fuller presentation of fixed assets, investments and related balances.
The comparative figures have been presented consistently with the current year format where applicable. The recognition of the investment in Silesia Group Sp. z o.o. and the corresponding director loan does not affect the profit or retained earnings of the company.
