3. Fixed investments

On 25 September 2024 the company acquired 12% of the shares in RichardLittlejohn.com Ltd costing £341700 including Stamp Duty.

4. Creditors: amounts falling due after more than one year note

The loan is from Mr and Mrs Littlejohn, 2 of the company's shareholders. It was used to purchase a minority shareholding in a company which they control, RichardLittlejohn.com Ltd. The loan is interest-free and repayable at not less than 12 months notice.
