3.Director's Loan
The Director, Mr David Twyford provided a working capital loan to the company during the year to meet company expenses. The balance outstanding to the Director as at 31st October 2025 was £16,363 (2024 N/A). The loan has no prescribed method of repayment and attracts no interest. This amount is included under the classification of Liabilities.
For the period ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
