Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Dadventurez has continued to make a significant positive impact by supporting fathers who may otherwise experience isolation, loneliness, or a lack of opportunities to connect with others in their local community. We have created a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where fathers can share their experiences, build supportive relationships, and develop confidence in their role as positive male role models. Our programme of workshops, family activities, and community trips has been co-produced with fathers and their children, ensuring that our services are shaped by the needs, ideas, and lived experiences of the families we support. This collaborative approach has strengthened engagement, increased participation, and fostered a strong sense of ownership within the group. Through these activities, fathers have developed lasting peer support networks, improved their wellbeing, and increased their confidence in parenting. Children have also benefited from spending quality time with their fathers, strengthening family relationships and creating positive shared experiences. As a result of our work during the year, Dadventurez has experienced substantial growth, expanding from a small group of 6–8 fathers and children to a thriving community of more than 100 fathers and children. This growth demonstrates both the demand for our services and the value our activities bring to families and the wider community by reducing social isolation, promoting positive fatherhood, and strengthening community connections.
