Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company is in the development phase and has not
yet generated revenue. The director has confirmed his intention to continue to provide financial support to the company for the
foreseeable future. The director therefore considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
Revenue, described as turnover, represents the value of goods and services provided to customers. No turnover was generated
during the period.
Amortisation of Intangibles
Intangible assets (intellectual property rights) are stated at cost less accumulated amortisation and any accumulated impairment losses. The intellectual property rights are amortised on a straight line basis over their estimated useful economic life of 10 years, being the maximum period permitted under FRS 102 where useful life cannot be reliably estimated.

On 27 February 2025 the company acquired intellectual property rights from the director for a market value of £202,419.
During the period the director made further loans totalling £99,000 to the company.
The total balance owed to Daniel Robert Potter at 31 October 2025 was £301,419.
These loans are interest free and repayable on demand.
