2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with financial reporting standard 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro entities Regime and the Companies Act 2006. The Accounts are prepared under the historical cost convention.
Turnover:
The company did not trade during the financial year and had no turnover
Fixed assets:
The company held no fixed assets during the financial year
Expenses:
Expenses comprise adminstrative cost incurred in maintaining the company's subscription fees for accounting and filing software.
Going concern:
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern bases. The director intends to apply for voluntary strike-off of the company following completion of statutory filling requirements.
