3. Sinking fund
The sinking fund is a fund that is to cover future expenditure maintaining the business park. Any surplus is transferred to the sinking fund. Should a major expense be incurred in maintaining the business park, the amount will be transferred from the sinking fund to the profit and loss account. The sinking fund balance is as follows, 2025: £18,893 (2024: £8,558).
For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
