Advances

The Directors' loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 August 2024, the balance owed by the director was £4,873. During the year, £33,292 was advanced to the director, and £624 was repaid by the director. At 31 July 2025, the balance owed by the director was £37,541.

At 1 August 2023, the balance owed by the directors' was £6,759. During the year, £720 was advanced to the directors', and £2,606 was repaid by the directors'. At 31 July 2024, the balance owed by the directors' was £4,873.
