Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2.
Going Concern Disclosure
The company has a deficit balance sheet and made a loss this year. However, most of the long term funding for the company is by way of shareholders loan account. The shareholders made a commitment not to seek repayment of the loan within the foreseeable future. The shareholders are confident that the company will trade out of its current difficulties.

The bank loan is secured by a fixed charge over the investment property and a floating charge over the company's assets.
Included within other creditors is an amount of £10,800,022 (2024: £10,280,022) due to Dorsel (B.A.Z) Ltd, the ultimate parent company. These balances are unsecured, have no fixed repayment date, and are repayable on demand.

Related Party Transactions
During the year, Dorsel (B.A.Z) Ltd, the ultimate parent company, charged interest totalling £213,963.
During the year, interest amounting to £213,963 was charged to Dorsel U.K Ltd, a subsidiary company.
