The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).

	Going concern
	The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have made an assessment in preparing these financial statements as to whether the Company is a going concern and have concluded that there are no material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern for the period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.

	Grant Income
	Grant income is recognised using the accruals model and over the period in which the grant has been issued. Any grant not spent within the year is recongnised as deferred income on the balance sheet in accordance with the terms of the grant.

	Creditors
	Short term creditors are measured at transaction price (which is usually the invoice price). Loans and other financial liabilities are initially recognised at transaction price net of any transaction costs and subsequently measured at amortised cost determined using the effective interest method.

4	Related party transactions

	During the year the company has given a grant of £134,502 (2025: £157,745) to D&HR Media Limited. D&HR Media Limited is controlled by David and Helen Runiman who own 100% of the share capital. The grant was provided to support the provision of accessible and information material for the understanding of the ideal and philosophies behind contemporary politics.The company has been given permisson from their original grant provider for the income to be passed on to D&HR Media Limited. At the end of the year the company owed £1,200 to D&HR Media Limited (2025: £Nil).


5	Share Capital

	The company is limited by guarantee, therefore on disolving of the company, the members are only liable for £1.
