Advances and credits
During the year ended 31 May 2026, the company owed an aggregate amount of £51,660 to its directors. These amounts represent unsecured loans made by the directors to fund working capital and the establishment of the business. The loans are interest-free and are repayable in accordance with a loan agreement, no part of which falls due within one year of the balance sheet date. No security has been given in respect of these loans. The directors have confirmed that repayment of these loans will be deferred in priority to the repayment of all third party creditors of the company.
