Review of the business

We are developing a platform of offerings and the following describes how we share this overraching vision with our team and the way in which we embed our vision into our employee contracts.

Vision: Our Value Proposition
To provide real life gamification to support your sustainable choices through specialised luxury play all across the world! Starting here!

Our Vision
By 2045 we aim to have inspired; empowered; supported and nudged over 10 million unique customers to raise their biodiversity footprints and lower their carbon footprints

Our Mission
We will achieve our vision through experiential vacations; gamification; retail theatre and our carbon dating- for you and I- the consumers-locally and globally in our (rural) natural capital, by framing the 17SDG’s in all that we do.

The following were agreed as values that represented the vision we are trying to achieve and the way in which we wish to deliver this to both our internal team and our external stakeholders- ie everyone else. These will form the basis of how we work and grow together and will be supported via training as we develop and used as metrics to determine our impact on our team and the wider planetary concerns.

Supporting Choice
Playful Curiosity
Transparent Communications
Always Circular

Planetary & People Conditions
Our Primary vision is directly related to how we can collectively influence positive impact on both our carbon footprint and our biodiversity footprint using the UN17SDGs as a framework. This is still being developed as an internal tool. A condition of working within @20:45 is the understanding and continuous improvement of supporting knowledge transfer around this and embedding solutions within our organisation. This includes all activities which support our value of Always Circular and the provision of upcycled and recycled /repurposed items will apply to our own internal activities. This approach will measure our internal impact and support in our knowledge transfer to our customers.

As part of our vision we also want to participate in community and volunteering events. This is to empower and support others who are supporting a Just Transition; Levelling up, Community Wealth building and inclusive approaches. This will involve attending;speaking; participating in organised activities with a number of community, focus groups, education establishments and charities and there will be an expectation that this will form around 7 hours per month. We have current relationships with Cumnock Juniors Enterprise; New Cumnock Development Trust; Developing Young Workforce as well as the local early years, primary, secondary and tertiary education establishments. We will measure this through our Key performance Indicators as we develop this.
