Principal activities of the company

The principal activity of the group is to try and bridge the gap between the less fortunate and the authority. The group acts as advocate for the elderly who lives alone and cannot speak English so they can get access to social services and thier social professionals. The group also liaise with GPs, consultants and nurses for people/elderly who cannot speak English and are admitted in the hospital to enable safe discharges.

Company activities and impact

The group sometimes cook and give food to people in the Masjid/mosque. The group visits and also act as an advocate for the elderly who lives alone and cannot speak English to health and social care professionals. The group also liaise with GPs, consultants and nurses for people/elderly who cannot speak English and are admitted in the hospital to enable safe discharges. The group work with Sierra Leoneans and the BAME community by providing structured day time activities.
