These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the the director repaid net loans of £125,110 to the company, reducing the balance to £1,366 (2024: £129,476). The loan is repayable on demand.
Additional Disclosures
The balance sheet shows net liabilities of £60,336. The director confirms the company will be financially supported by its creditors for the foreseeable future and, therefore, the going concern basis of preparation is appropriate.
