4. Going Concern

The directors have assessed the company’s ability to continue as a going concern, taking into account its current financial position and projected future activities.

The company does not expect to undertake any significant trading or operational activities over the next twelve months, and no material cash inflows, outflows, or other financial movements are anticipated in the foreseeable future.

These conditions give rise to a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.

For the year ending 28 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
