This included creating draft digital materials, planning session structures, and speaking with learners and volunteers to understand community needs. These actions supported the companys community interest objectives even though no financial activity took place. No funds were used, no assets were held, and no private benefit was received by the director or volunteers. All work was carried out solely to benefit the community in future periods. Preparatory digital materials were created, volunteers and learners were consulted, future session plans were drafted, all work was voluntary, and no financial transactions occurred.
