In Every Season CIC provides non-clinical, creative wellbeing support to help individuals and families navigate both planned and unplanned life transitions through tactile and expressive methods. During the financial year 2024 / 2025, the company’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: 22 local residents (including 15 adults and 7 children) experiencing bereavement or processing difficult family dynamics benefited from a specialised floral workshop designed to facilitate reflection, emotional connection, and mutual support. 45 local families facing challenging life transitions were supported through an interactive "Lego in Transition" workshop, using tactile play to process complex emotions and strengthen family resilience. 65 individuals were engaged and educated on the topics of transition, emotional resilience, and creative wellbeing tools through various public speaking engagements. Local individuals and families gained wider access to independent emotional management tools and self-reconnection strategies through the creation and distribution of specialised online resources.
The company actively consults with its stakeholders, including participating families, individuals navigating life transitions, and local community groups, to ensure our creative wellbeing services remain effective, accessible, and responsive to their needs. During the financial year, consultation was carried out through the following methods: Post-Event Feedback Forms: Participants at our floral, Lego, and seasonal workshops were invited to complete feedback forms immediately following the sessions. This allowed us to measure the immediate emotional impact of the workshops, track participant satisfaction, and gather direct suggestions for future themes and creative mediums. Video Testimonials: With full consent, the company recorded video testimonials from attendees during events. These digital insights provided deep, qualitative feedback on how our non-clinical, tactile methods helped individuals process difficult emotions and transitions, directly informing how we refine and deliver our upcoming programmes.
