Company activities and impact

Rising Stars Community CIC is a Christian-based community organisation dedicated to empowering teenagers and young adults to reach their full potential through education, mentoring, wellbeing, and personal development programmes. Guided by Christian values of compassion, integrity, respect, and service, the organisation welcomes young people from all faiths and backgrounds. Its activities include: Youth mentoring, Leadership development, Educational support: Math Tuition for Secondary School Students, Employability and life skills training such as IT training, Tailoring. Health and wellbeing initiatives, Sports, creative arts Community outreaches, Volunteering, and positive recreational activities. We are working with local churches, schools, community organisations, and public sector partners. Rising Stars Community CIC provides safe, supportive environments where young people can build confidence, develop practical skills, strengthen resilience, and make positive life choices. Through its programmes, the organisation helps reduce social isolation, promotes mental and emotional wellbeing, and equips young people to become responsible, active, and inspiring members of their communities.

Consultation with stakeholders

Rising Stars Community CIC's stakeholders include the teenagers and young adults who participate in our programmes, their parents and families, volunteers, mentors, staff, local churches, schools and colleges, community organisations, local authorities, funding bodies, and partner organisations. We consult our stakeholders through participant surveys, feedback from parents and guardians, focus group discussions, one-to-one mentoring sessions, meetings with parents, volunteer meetings, programme evaluations, and regular engagement with schools, churches, and community partners. We also gather informal feedback during activities, events, and outreach programmes to ensure our services remain responsive to local needs. Feedback has informed the development of new mentoring, leadership, employability, and wellbeing programmes for young people. We have expanded recreational and faith-based activities, improved safeguarding and pastoral support, adjusted programme times to increase accessibility, and strengthened partnerships with schools, churches, and local organisations. These actions have enabled us to provide more relevant, inclusive, and impactful services while remaining committed to our Christian values of compassion, integrity, service, and respect for all.
