Annual accounts for the period 24 October 2024 to 31 October 2025

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to a small LLP (small Limited Liability Partnership) subject to the small companies regime as applied to limited liability partnerships, and with Financial Reporting Standard 102 Section 1A. For the period ended 31 October 2025 the LLP was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to limited liability partnerships by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008) relating to small companies. The Members acknowledge their responsibilities, as members of the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. The members have not required the LLP to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period. These accounts have been delivered as filleted accounts: the profit and loss account and members' report have not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

1. General information and basis of preparation

RIDGE LAB DIGITAL LLP is a limited liability partnership incorporated and registered in England and Wales (registration number OC454248). The registered office address is 24-26 Arcadia Avenue Fin009, London, N3 2JU, United Kingdom. These accounts cover the LLP's first accounting period, from 24 October 2024 (incorporation) to 31 October 2025. They have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A. The functional and presentation currency is EUR.

2. Average number of employees

The average number of employees during the period was 0. The LLP was managed by its 2 members and had no employees during the period.

3. Debtors and creditors

At the balance sheet date the LLP had no debtors and no creditors. Its only asset was cash held at bank.
