Director's advances, credits and guarantees
Included within debtors due within one year is a loan to the director totalling £2,360 (2025: £3,080) on which no interest is being charged. The loan is repayable in full or in part on demand. Dividends totalling £nil (2025: £nil) were paid in the year in respect of shares held by the company's director.
For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Director's responsibilities:
