The company did not trade during the current year or prior year and has not made either a profit or loss.
For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Director's responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;
-The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with Section 1A of FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'.

General information
The company is a private company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is C/O James Andrew Residential Ltd, 20 Bedford Square, London, England, WC1B 3HH.

Statement of compliance
These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with the provisions of FRS 102, Section 1A, 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'.

Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis.
The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity.
Income statement policy
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts and are not filed at Companies House. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

Limited by guarantee
The company is limited whereby each member of the company undertakes to contribute to the company in the event of a winding up, while they are a member or within one year after they cease to be a member, such amount as may be required not exceeding one pound. At 30 September 2025 there were 1 member (2024: 1 member).
