| During the financial year the company repaid net loans from Mr Ferguson resulting in a balance owed by the company to Mr. Ferguson of £63,223 (2024: £74,824). The loans to the company remain interest free and repayable on demand. |
| The company entered in loans of £15,000 on 5th May 2020 and £3,000 on 16th February 2021. As of 31st October 2025 the loan balance is £10,115. |
| The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is Shed 1 Avonmouth Rail Terminal Bank Road, Chittening Industrial Estate, Avonmouth, Bristol. BS11 0YB. |
| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
