Change of Accounting Reference Date

The financial statements are prepared for the period from 1 February 2025 to 5 April 2026, a period of 14 months, rather than the usual 12-month period to 31 January 2026. The directors extended the company's accounting reference date in accordance with section 392 of the Companies Act 2006 to align the company's year end with the UK tax year. As the current period is longer than the comparative period, the results and cash flows for the current period are not entirely comparable with those of the preceding financial year, and the corresponding amounts shown for prior year comparatives relate to a 12-month period.

For the period ending 5 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
