Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 1 (2023: 1).

2. Guarantees and other financial commitments

   The company has used estimates in the filing of this financial statement, due to the Director witnessing a traumatic parental bereavement and suffering from PTSD. Finalised amended financial statements will be provided shortly.

The income statement has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
