Company activities and impact

We have continued to provide free rehearsal space and equipment for young people age 10 to 30. We have also provided bespoke mentoring for bands and individuals to increase confidence and identity. Some of these have neurodiverse needs and we have removed some of the barriers to them collaborating as a team and performing on stage or behind stage. Our partnership with Stagecraft CIC has meant that our musicians and technicians have had training in sound, lighting and stage production in the run up to our festival in May 2026. This has enabled capacity building within our musical community and we have used this capacity to produce the sound and lighting at our summer event. All of our events mean valuable workplace experience for our young people and valuable social skills practice. additionally, the local community continue to benefit from watching live music events put on by young people.

Consultation with stakeholders

Our young people are always consulted about changes to our direction. We obtain feedback from them at board meetings and through focus groups. We also involve them with meeting our partner organisations.
